Data collection will always be carried out based on express and specific consent, respecting the principles of necessity and transparency.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. If you request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period. In case where a legal obligation requires retention, such as the period required to comply with legal, tax, regulatory, or accounting obligations (typically up to 5 years under Brazilian civil and tax law, unless a different period applies) or the minimum 6-month retention of access logs required for internet application providers under Article 15 of the Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014), we will fulfill the required legal term prior to deletion.
